Let’s Race!
The 2024 Spring Race season has 5 race weekends, 1 Championship Race and a new Adventure Event Weekend on the calendar for our NC League! You can see more details on these races at the League website. Races are optional for our riders, but we hope they will all try a race at least once!

We practice every weekend from 2-4PM (alternating Saturdays and Sundays), and Thursdays from 4:30-6PM.
Tentative First Practice
With the season beginning in mid-late January, our first practice will tentatively be on January 23rd at Jackson Park in Hendersonville. Looking forward to kicking off the inaugural season!
First Online Team Meeting
We’ll have our first team meeting for all Henderson Hellbender families on January 7th, in preparation for the beginning of the season! More details and the zoom link will come soon.
Coach Interest/Orientation Meeting
Our first Henderson Hellbenders Team meeting is for all interested coaches! This meeting will go over:
- the basics of what NICA is to anyone who is new to the program
- go over our vision for Henderson Hellbenders this year
- explain the responsibilities of a coach/when the spring season will start and end
- go over how to register in the Pit Zone and access the online coach courses
- and finally, explain the next steps for coaches who are also going to be parents of student athletes on the team.
